Apple users will be able to share experiences with one another through the new SharePlay while connected on FaceTime. Friends can listen to music together from Apple Music, watch TV shows or movies as well as share their screens.

SharePlay works across iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and with shared playback controls, anyone in a SharePlay session can play, pause, or jump ahead. SharePlay even extends to Apple TV, so users can watch shows or movies on a big screen while connecting over FaceTime, and SharePlay will keep everyone’s playback in sync.

We can look forward to seeing this launch on Apple products later this year.
