Renovations are nearly complete for one of Adventureland’s most iconic landmarks.

Disney Parks are constantly changing and evolving to become better. Many rides that were once sparking and new are now looking older and in need of some major love and care. Thankfully, Disney’s team of Imagineers is the best of the best. These talented employees make sure that the history of the Parks is maintained and restored for many more years to come.

Back in 2022, Disney decided to close one of the most iconic attractions at Adventureland. After over a year of renovations, the new and improved attraction has now been unveiled to the public.

Welcome Back to Adventureland!

Adventureland is Disneyland Resort is full of historic and iconic rides and attractions. This land is famous for rides like Indiana Jones Adventure, the Junge Cruise, and Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room. The whole land feels like you are immersed in the wilderness of a jungle environment. One of the most iconic and historic parts of the Park is the treehouse.

The treehouse is actually a very interesting part of Disneyland history. Initially, the attraction was Walt Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. It was then remodeled to become Tarzan’s Treehouse. Back in 2022, Walt Disney Imagineering decided that it would be changed once more. Now, the new and improved remodel of “Adventureland Treehouse” is nearly complete.

At the beginning of this month, we reported the first sightings of the treehouse emerging after the scaffolding had begun to be removed. Now, just a couple of weeks later, the scaffolding is nearly gone, and we can see the whole project.

So far the Adventureland Treehouse looks incredibly awesome. While there are a few things that still need to be fixed, it looks like this will be ready and open soon enough. It is great to see Disney evolving their attractions while also paying homage to the history of the parks. Way to go Walt Disney Imagineering!
