Disney World Is Practically Giving Away Hotel Rooms This Holiday

If you’ve been dreaming about sipping cocoa on Main Street, U.S.A. while the holiday lights sparkle and the castle twinkles in the background, this might be your year. Disney just released a resort discount that’s perfect for families looking to spend the holidays at the Most Magical Place on Earth—and it’s exclusively for Annual Passholders.

Whether you’re planning a cheerful pre-Thanksgiving getaway or hoping to wake up on Christmas morning in a Disney hotel, this new deal will help you do it for less.

Major Savings for a Magical Season

Disney is offering up to 30% off resort stays for Annual Passholders during select dates this holiday season. That could mean serious savings, especially if you’ve got a big family or you’re planning a longer stay.

Here’s when the savings apply:

  • Up to 30% off most Sunday–Thursday nights from October 12–November 1, and again from November 16–20

  • The same discount applies to most nights from November 23–29, and December 12–25

If your plans fall outside those windows, you can still save. Other dates include:

  • 25% off most weeknights in early to mid-November and early December

  • 20% and 15% off at select resorts during additional holiday weeks

The longer your stay and the more strategic your dates, the more you can save.

Wide Range of Resorts Included

From deluxe villas to family suites, Disney is including a solid mix of accommodations in this offer. That means whether you’re a couple doing a romantic holiday escape or a family of five needing extra space, there’s something that could work.

  • Caribbean Beach Resort

  • Art of Animation (Family Suites only)

  • Pop Century and All-Star Resorts

Each tier gives you a chance to stay on Disney property while enjoying perks like early park entry and proximity to the holiday action.

A Holiday Vacation That Doesn’t Break the Bank

The holidays are already an expensive time of year—but a discounted stay at a Disney resort gives you a chance to celebrate in a truly magical setting without the usual sticker shock.

Not only will you be close to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays, and all the seasonal snacks, but staying on-site means you’ll save time and stress. Plus, the midweek nature of most of these discounts means you’ll avoid the weekend crowds.

Things to Know Before Booking

Of course, there are a few catches:

  • The discounts don’t apply to campsites, 3-bedroom villas, or specialty bungalows

  • Inventory is limited, and some room types may sell out quickly

  • You must be an Annual Passholder at the time of booking and stay

So, if your holiday wish list includes gingerbread houses, fireworks, and some extra pixie dust, it’s time to start planning. Disney is known for going big with holiday theming, and this deal makes it that much easier to join the festivities.

Andrew Boardwine

A frequent visitor of Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort, Andrew will likely be found freefalling on Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or enjoying Pirates of the Caribbean. Over at Universal, he'll be taking in the thrills of the Jurassic World Velocicoaster and Revenge of the Mummy
