Jaleo by José Andrés is a fairly new restaurant located on the West Side of Disney Springs. You can’t miss the huge building!
The restaurants is scheduled to be open four days a week, Thursday – Sunday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday’s hours are 4pm – 10pm. Sunday’s hours are 4pm – 9pm.
