Disney is always looking for people to become a part of the Disneyland family, and they will be hosting a job fair that will take place over several days in February.
Disneyland made the following announcement when they posted all of the roles that they were looking to fill:

According to Disney, they are looking for a wide range of people to fill spots all over the Resort. Here are the different positions Disney is looking to fill.

Disney seems especially anxious to hire more people to work in food and beverage, and they are offering a $1,000 signing bonus for select roles in that area that are filled. Disney offered a similar signing bonus when they hosted a similar job fair on property in January 2022. Not all positions offer a signing bonus, so if you are interested in a position with a signing bonus, be sure to ask Disney recruiters for more specific information.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the Disneyland Resort team, Disneyland’s Job Fair will take place on February 16, 19, and 25 at the Disneyland Hotel. The fair will begin on those dates at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. Disney encourages those who would like to attend the job fair to apply in advance for the positions they are interested in.
