The vacation destination is made up of four different theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT), two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), a considerable town center (Disney Springs), and dozens of resort hotels to choose from.
With different tiers of resort hotels, exciting themes, and a ton of stuff to do, there’s truly something for every Disney Resort guest. But what about the guest who wants the most magical experience possible? Where should they stay?

You may be reading this and thinking that a Disney Resort guest needs to shell out for the most magical experience possible, but that’s not true. A price tag isn’t everything, especially at Walt Disney World, and although everybody’s thinking it, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is not the most magical Disney Resort hotel.

Up first is Disney’s Wilderness Lodge: This resort hotel was inspired by America’s beautiful and diverse Northwest, full of National Parks, rustic charm, and “untamed wilderness.”
This resort hotel is perfect for anyone who loves the great outdoors, as the deluxe resort offers everything from rocking trails overlooking serene, babbling brooks to nature trails just begging to be explored.
Inside, guests will find cozy hearths warmed by real, roaring fireplaces, perfect for cozying up after a long day of adventuring in the great outdoors.
In Close Second Is Disney’s Iconic Polynesian Village Resort

The second honorable mention goes to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort: This resort hotel is inspired not by America’s great outdoors but by the tropical oases of the South Pacific.
The islander ambiance is enough to remind anyone to slow down, chill out, and relax in the warm sunshine. Not only that, but the deluxe resort also offers exotic cuisines and remote island views.
But the Most Magical, By Far, Is None Other Than…

But the most magical, if you ask us, is none other than Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
This deluxe resort is inspired by “the heart of Africa,” and the architecture and decor are reminiscent of traditional kraal. Guests staying at this resort hotel can look out and gaze at four different savannas, housing over 200 exotic animals.
Imagine looking outside and seeing a herd of zebra or giraffes peacefully grazing or visiting “one of the largest collections of African art in the United States.”
What’s more, we’re not the only ones who think Animal Kingdom Lodge is the most magical Disney Resort hotel. Over on Reddit, anonymous guests and fans agree, confirming that Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is the most magical resort hotel in Walt Disney World.
