The Edison is one of our favorite Disney Springs restaurants, serving entrees and cocktails with new and innovative flavors. The decor and dishes of this restaurant transport Guests back to the roaring twenties. The Edison offers a dining experience unmatched by other locations. The Edison is now bringing Guests one step closer to their trade secrets, launching Cocktail Classes with master mixologists.

At The Edison, crafting the perfect cocktail is an art form, and the restaurant’s team of mixologists are no longer gatekeeping their secrets of the trade. Guests can now book exclusive Shaken & Stirred Cocktails Classes, where they will learn the skills to create expert-level cocktails all on their own.

Whether Guests are looking to explore the basics, to learn techniques for at-home cocktails, or to hone in on the perfect recipe for a favorite cocktail, The Edison’s mixologist will create a class tailored to the group’s interests for an unforgettable, personal experience.

Classes generally begin at 1 p.m. and last up to two and a half hours. The experience includes a light lunch and two to three cocktails.

About Megan Losey

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
