Dining Room

The Edison is a table service restaurant run by the Patina Restaurant Group found in The Landing area of Disney Springs that welcomes Guests for dinner each night in a setting that is intricately themed to feel like an electric company from the 1920s. The interior is a unique mix of industrial and gothic accents that come together to form an immersive experience that Guests are sure to love.

The Edison

The main dining area of The Edison features towering thirty five foot ceilings and a large stage where Guests can enjoy live entertainment of all sorts throughout dinner. Known for unique acts such as jazz musicians, contortionists, aerialists, burlesque-style dancers, and more, The Edison also features roving performers including stilt walkers and inventors decked in steampunk costumes who perform all sorts of tricks.

In addition to the main stage area, Guests can dine and sip on specialty cocktails in one of six areas throughout The Edison, each with their own interesting and immersive theme. Guests can find themselves in the Ember Parlour, Radio Room, Lab, Patent Office, Tesla Lounge, or Telegraph Lounge inside or the Waterfront Patio which offers up beautiful views of Lake Buena Vista and passing boats including amphicars from The Boathouse.

Berry Smash

In addition to the immersive theming, The Edison has become well known for some of the best craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages at the Walt Disney World Resort including mocktails such as the Apple Propellant, Smoke & Mirrors, and Phonograph as well as soft drinks including Springs Water.

Gilgamesh

Guests looking to truly indulge can sip on craft cocktails like the Time Turner, The Tesla, Electric Mule, or Strawberry Fields Forever, vintage cocktail such as the French 75, Mai Tai, or Paloma, or high roller option including the Gilgamesh, A Fire in Vermont, and Cristobal’s Revenge. Also available are beer, wine, a rotating mixologist special, and the classic Patented Old Fashioned.

The menu is relatively large and tailored to both groups of Guests who are looking to share some small plates while watching the entertainment or those who are looking for a full seated dinner experience.

DB 'Clothesline Bacon'

To begin, Guests can check out the Shares & Nibbles menu which focuses on delicious small plates that are wonderful to split between several people. One of the most recognizable options on the entire menu can be found here with the DB ‘Clothesline Candied Bacon’ which is served in a completely unique way with maple, black pepper, fruit mostarda, and sweet and spicy pickle.

Electri-Fries

Guests can also dig into the Electri-Fries which top hand-cut russet potatoes with Edison special sauce, bacon, grated parmesan, and chopped green onions or the Fried Calamari served with a citrus aioli. Shareable dip options include the Guacamole and Tortilla Chips as well as the Creamy Spinach Cheese Dip which is served with house-made tortilla chips.

Chicken Flatbread

The final two items on the Shares & Nibbles menu are flatbread options which are so easy to split amongst Guests and feature some bold flavors. The Chicken Flatbread is topped with grilled chicken, white cheddar cheese sauce, red onions, arugula, sundried tomato, and balsamic glaze and the Short Rib Flatbread features the same toppings with short rib minus the chicken and sundried tomato.

Strawberry Salad

Guests who are looking to enjoy a light meal at The Edison can order a classic Caesar Salad or House Salad and enhance them with the addition of chicken, shrimp, or steak for an additional cost. The Strawberry Salad is also a wonderful option that tops spring mix with red onions, red peppers, strawberries, gorgonzola, and a balsamic vinaigrette.

The Edison Burger at The Edison

The Edison has become well known for its delicious and over the top burger selections including The Edison Burger which smothers a bun with a sirloin, short rib, and brisket patty, white cheddar, crispy onions, smoked bacon, house-made pickles, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce with a side of hand-cut fries.
