Police Retrieve Portion of Missing Wigs
In a surprising twist, some of the wigs were returned to the local police this morning, though the circumstances surrounding their return remain unclear. The Oklahoma City Police Department has yet to determine whether the suspect was aware of the value of the items he took or if he simply stumbled upon them. They also have not made an arrest. MSgt. Dillon Quirk with the Oklahoma City Police Department shared:
“It’s unclear at this point if the person knew these wigs were in there or if this was somebody who wandered into one of the buildings. Step one is identifying them and possibly making an arrest.”
The recovered wigs have been examined and are confirmed to be in good condition. As of now, Disney on Ice’s show is set to continue as normal. The community remains vigilant as authorities work to ensure justice is served and the integrity of future events is maintained.
