Guests will find Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The restaurant is located just outside the Great Ceremonial House, the Resort’s main building that houses the lobby. This dining location is right by Capt. Cook’s, the Resort’s largest Quick Service restaurant, and the Barefoot Pool Bar, found by the Lava Pool.

Pineapple Lanai is a Quick Service dining location. This means that no reservations are needed to grab a frozen treat here. This Quick Service location may look small, but it’s serving up all things DOLE Whip all the time.

Atmosphere

This restaurant’s location outside the Great Ceremonial House allows you to enjoy beautiful views while dining. Guests can walk up to the window to order and then sit at outdoor seating offered by Pineapple Lanai or Capt. Cook’s. For an even more relaxing environment, take your DOLE Whip down to the waterfront to sit on the sand and enjoy the nightly Electrical Water Pageant that passes by the Resort on the Seven Seas Lagoon.

At this tropical location, the menu features iconic Disney DOLE Whip delights. The DOLE Whip is a frozen soft-serve pineapple ice cream made with DOLE pineapple juice. Enjoy the classic DOLE Whip Soft-serve in Pineapple, Vanilla, or a twist of the two flavors. For a fun twist, try the DOLE Whip Float served over Pineapple Juice, or for Guests over 21, try it with Parrot Bay Rum. Guests can find the complete menu on the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

If you’re looking for other unique DOLE Whip desserts, make sure to stop by the Barefoot Pool Bar while you’re visiting Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. This bar is located nearby at the Lava Pool and serves specialty DOLE Whip drinks! We recommend trying out the Frozen Margarita with DOLE Whip Lime, the Frosty Pineapple, or The Voyager.

About Megan Losey

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
