Walt Disney World is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” sadly over time, Disney World has to make changes for more magical moments and memories.
Walt Disney World Resort is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each Disney park offers different attractions, events, and memories for guests to make.
Magic Kingdom is known for having Cinderella Castle as the centerpiece, which guests can spot while strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. Magic Kingdom is home to classic attractions like Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Manison, “it’s a small world,” alongside new attractions such as Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, TRON Lightcycle/Run, and many more attractions. Parades, character meet-and-greets, and nightly fireworks contribute to the park’s timeless charm, making it a must-visit for Disney enthusiasts of all ages.
EPCOT, short for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, is a unique blend of futuristic innovation and global exploration. EPCOT is divided into four neighborhoods: World Nature, World Discovery, World Showcase, and World Celebration. EPCOT is home to attractions such as Frozen Ever After, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Living with the Land, Soarin’ Around the World, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and many more exciting attractions.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios celebrates all things cinematic, offering attractions that bring beloved movies to life. From the exhilarating Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to toy-friendly land Toy Story Land. Disney’s Hollywood Studios also is home to nightly spectacular Fantasmic!, which is a dazzling display of lights, water, and music that captivates audiences.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom combines the wonder of the natural world with Disney’s trademark storytelling. Kilimanjaro Safaris take guests on a journey through African savannas, while over at Pandora – The World of Avatar can feel the wind in their hair while riding Avatar Flight of Passage.
With all the excitement at Disney Parks, guests can also experience Disney World events. Disney World has several different events throughout the year, including Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival, After Hour Events, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and many more events.
Guests planning to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party may notice some changes this year. During the holiday season, Disney World transforms into a dazzling wonderland that captivates guests with its enchanting decorations, festive events, and spectacular magical atmosphere. From November to December, the entire resort comes alive with the spirit of the holidays, offering a unique and heartwarming experience for guests of all ages.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party also includes special meet and greets and parades where guests may even see Santa! The changes guests can spot are during Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. This parade is about 25 minutes and runs twice a night at 8:30 and 11:00 p.m. The parade seems to be the same, and for first-time guests you will not notice a change, but Disney has removed Wreck-It Ralph; guests can still spot Vanellope von Schweetz driving her car. Wreck-It-Ralph has been replaced by Clarice.
Fans may wonder who Clarice is and how did she make it in Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, well she is the love interest of beloved characters Chip and Dale.
Guests can still see this rare character, but hurry fast as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets sell out fast.
