Over the past few months, the United States has seen a sharp decline in the number of COVID cases. This decline in cases, decrease in hospitalizations, and increase in vaccination numbers means that many states and businesses have been able to ease their strict COVID protocols. One of those places has been the Walt Disney World Resort. Vaccinated Guests visiting the Resort are no longer required to wear face masks in most locations — including all outdoor spots.

We now have another big mask policy update to share with you. Effective immediately, vaccinated Guests who are riding the Walt Disney World Skyliner will no longer be required to wear face coverings! Unvaccinated Guests will still have to keep their face coverings on. That means that the only times vaccinated Guests must have a face mask on is when they are riding Walt Disney World busses or the monorail.
