Living with the Land, located in The Land Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Nature neighborhood, has delighted Disney Parks fans since its debut in 1982. The ride takes guests on a serene journey through various greenhouses, showcasing innovative farming methods designed to reduce waste, minimize chemical use, and promote sustainability. Much of the produce and fish farmed in these greenhouses is served at Disney restaurants, including the nearby Garden Grill.

Though its educational focus and tranquil atmosphere set it apart from EPCOT’s thrill rides, Living with the Land remains a fan-favorite. Seasonal decorations and ever-changing plant life make each ride unique, giving guests a fresh perspective on the importance of sustainable agriculture.

This week, Instagram user @magiccoordinator_and_boymomma shared a video from Living with the Land featuring an unusual sight: a Figment plush toy stranded on the ride’s shore.

“Man overboard! Have you ever lost something on a ride?”

The video quickly garnered thousands of likes and comments from Disney Parks fans.

“We just rode this today and this made me laugh out loud!!” commented @travelwithlindap.

@tmiller_time joked about the mischievous little dragon’s situation: “I think Figment found the ‘special’ plants that they keep tucked away.”

Many commenters shared their own stories of losing items on Walt Disney World Resort attractions.

“We lost one of my daughter’s shoes on that ride,” wrote @t1dthor. “Ended up having to buy her the Disney Native shoes because we didn’t have extras and they were the only shoes we could find quickly.”

Disney Parks fans couldn’t help but laugh at the surreal sight of Figment, soaked and sandy, lounging on the shore of the greenhouse.
