Right now, Disneyland Resort is celebrating Pixar Fest, a summerlong festival that honors the contributions that Pixar has made to The Walt Disney Company. In addition to special parades, character meets and greets, merchandise, and meet and greets, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have also become adorned with props of the Pizza Planet truck.

The Pizza Planet truck is a known symbol of Pixar movies, and fans greatly enjoy finding them hidden around the parks during Pixar Fest. One of the trucks was hidden in “it’s a small world.”

However, in a mysterious turn of events, this Pizza Planet truck has gone missing. Fans are left wondering if it was stolen by a greedy guest riding the ride. One guest shared:

Fans Come to Shocking Conclusions

While some fans feel certain that the Pizza Trucks have been stolen, others believe that it must have been taken away by Disney cast members. One guest shares:

“Pretty sure this is a case of two different departments doing things on two different timelines based on two different work orders:

Work Order #1: Department: Props and Set Dressing: Remove Pizza Planet Prop from current location and reinstall at new location (or bring to shop for refurbishment, or whatever)

Work Order #2: Department: Paint and Scenery: Sand and Touch-up paint where Pizza Planet Prop was removed.”

For now, the case of the missing Pizza Planet truck will remain a mystery. This is not the only scandal to have rocked this attraction, as this year’s naked streaker in this ride also made headlines. Hopefully, there will be no more chaos for “it’s a small world.”
