Quick Service or Table Service?

This African-inspired market is a Quick Service dining location, meaning that Guests can walk in and order without a dining reservation. Due to this restaurant’s popularity, it offers Mobile Order. Mobile Order allows Guests to order ahead on the My Disney Experience app. Using Mobile Order saves you time, allowing you more time on attractions and less time waiting for food.

Atmosphere

The vibrant Harambe Market welcomes visitors from all over to enjoy the sights, smells, and delicious tastes of Harambe Village. The African influence is present in the architecture and design of the restaurant. This dining location offers ample outdoor seating, with both covered and uncovered options available. This can provide a great shaded area to eat, but an indoor location like the nearby Tusker House Restaurant or Dawa Bar are better options if you get caught in the rain.

Dining Tips

For our hidden Mickey fans, keep your eyes out for a not-so-hidden-mickey decorating the wall near the entrance to Harambe Market. You’ll find him marked with the phrase “Fichwa! Fellow,” a Swahili word for hidden.

Beginning on January 9, 2024, Harambe Market will accept both Disney Dining Plans. This will allow Guests to use Quick Service meal or snack credits at the dining location.

About Megan Losey

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
