Attractions such as the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean are at the top of this list, and they’ve been recreated in multiple Disney Parks. However, Guests visiting a particular Disney Park may soon begin paying for the privilege of experiencing the classic ride. We’re talking about Disneyland Paris’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
The Pirates of the Caribbean ride has been recreated in Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disney Resort, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Disneyland Paris. Including the original Disneyland Resort version makes for five different versions of the classic ride in all.
In short, Guests simply can’t get enough of this swashbuckling adventure. According to a report by Inside the Magic, Disneyland Paris’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride has recently undergone refurbishment. Now that it’s back, an expensive change will soon be made.
In Disneyland Paris, there’s a new system being implemented known as Disney Premier Access. This system is incredibly similar to Walt Disney World’s Lightning Lane and Genie+ features in that they give Guests the privilege of shorter lines for an added price.
Disneyland Paris’s Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, as a part of its refurbishment, now has a line for those purchasing Disney Premier Access.
But due to the ride’s absence due to the refurbishment, on top of the Disney ride’s everlasting popularity, Guests may have no choice but to purchase Disney Premier Access.
