According to Streaming The Magic, fire trucks were spotted on the scene as guests exited the resort. A video shared on social media showed the alarms ringing and guests being escorted outside by Cast Members.

At this time, there’s no word on whether the evacuation was due to an actual emergency or if it was just a false alarm. Many are hoping it’s nothing more than a minor issue, as there have been no reports of visible smoke, fire, or injuries. Still, any disruption at one of Disney’s most famous resorts is bound to grab attention.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is known for its luxurious atmosphere and proximity to Magic Kingdom, making it a favorite for guests who want a premium experience. Fire alarms and evacuations are not unheard of at Disney resorts, as even something as simple as burnt food or a technical glitch can trigger the system. Regardless of the cause, Disney’s teams are well-trained to respond quickly and ensure guest safety.

For those unfamiliar, the Grand Floridian is the crown jewel of Disney World resorts. Located along the Seven Seas Lagoon, it offers multiple ways to access Magic Kingdom, including the Monorail, water taxis, and even a charming walking path. Guests staying here enjoy top-notch dining, elegant Victorian-themed décor, and the convenience of being steps away from the magic.
