Guests Escorted Off of Attraction as Classic Disney Ride Stops In Its Tracks

When it comes to Walt Disney World, nearly all Disney fans know that Magic Kingdom is the theme park with all of the classic attractions.

The quintessential rides that just scream “Disney” can all be found in Magic Kingdom. Attractions such as “it’s a small world,” Peter Pan’s Flight, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean make up just some of the classics.

But undoubtedly, the most beloved classic attraction of Magic Kingdom is none other than the Haunted Mansion.

This spooky delight is whimsical, silly, and frightening all at once! From the queue to the attraction entrance, the Haunted Mansion ride is one of the most immersive, making it a fan favorite among Guests.

First, Guests wait in an outdoor queue, taking them through the mansion’s outdoor grounds. There are interactive fixtures to play with, witty tombstones to read, and even a tombstone that’ll open its eyes and take a peek at Guests.

Once the maids and butlers welcome Guests inside the mansion, the lights are dimmed, and the ghoulish fun begins as they board the Doom Buggy ride vehicles and begin the tour of the Haunted Mansion.

Got stuck on Haunted Mansion last night. Cast members had to unlock every doom buggy and walk us out.

However, Guests were rudely interrupted during their visit last night as the ride abruptly stopped. The lights were turned on, and Cast Members walked around to unlock each and every Doom Buggy ride vehicle before escorting Guests off the ride.

The cause of the Haunted Mansion ride’s closure is unclear, and the attraction appears to be operating normally again.
