When Disney Pixar’s Coco debuted in 2017, it was an instant favorite amongst fans.
The visuals are stunning, the story is heartwarming, the music is fun and memorable, and like all Pixar movies, it made us cry our eyes out (and continues to do so every time).

So, naturally, fans of the Pixar film want to see even more Coco in the Disney Parks. While there is a small section in Walt Disney World’s EPCOT dedicated to the cultural holiday Dia De Los Muertos (which can be found in the Mexico Pavilion), fans simply want more.

Over in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom lies a classic attraction, Mickey’s PhilarMagic. This attraction includes musical excerpts from some of our favorite films, such as The Little Mermaid (1989), The Lion King (1994), and, added very recently, Coco!

Even still, fans would love to see more of Coco in the Disney Parks. That’s why we’re so excited to report on an upcoming addition to a specific Disneyland Park.
Across the pond in Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney Imagineering is currently working on a Coco-themed restaurant, and the team has just shared an update with a special behind-the-scenes look:

Disneyland Paris will soon welcome Casa De Coco – Restaurante De Familia to the theme park, giving Guests an opportunity to be apart of the familia!
Although the restaurant isn’t quite ready yet, it’s exciting to get a backstage look at the decorations as Walt Disney Imagineering gets to work.
Hopefully, the popularity of this upcoming restaurant will convince Disney to add even more Coco-themed additions to the Disney Parks.
