In addition to the complimentary snacks and beverages included with the price of the ticketed event, specialty eats and drinks are available for purchase through the Park during Disney H2O Glow After Hours. One of our favorite returning dishes is the ManGLOW (Mango) Barbecue Chicken and Waffles. These rainbow-colored Mickey Waffles are one-of-a-kind and unmatched by any waffles at Disney World. For a refreshing entree, try out the Watermelon Poke Bowl topped with an edible flower.

Two favorite signature cocktails are returning to the event this year. The first is the Pineapple ManGLOW (Mango) Mai Tai, featuring DOLE Whip Mango and Lime swirled with a mai tai and Meyer’s Original Dark Rum served in a whole pineapple. The second is the Moonlight Mudslide, a blend of Kahlua, Svedka Vodka, and Bailey’s Irish Crème mixed with chocolate cream base garnished with a cookie rim and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a glow cube.

About Megan Losey

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
