4 Attractions That You Should Not Waste A FastPass On

Cassie L

These four attractions typically have either short lines or fast moving queues. When prioritizing FastPass+ these are some rides that you likely won’t want to waste those precious passes on!

4. Mickey’s PhilharMagic

Many people really enjoy this. I like the musical pieces from beloved Disney films. This attraction is a 3D experience that guests of all ages will need to wear glasses to watch. It is for all ages so the family can experience it together. Donald Duck gets into some trouble when he takes over Mickey’s conductors baton while getting the concert hall ready for Mickey. You may get slightly damp. It is an immersive 12-minute long experience.

3. The Seas with Nemo and Friends

This ride can be experienced by everyone in the family. You climb aboard a “clam mobile” and travel through different scenes and scenarios including aquariums that feature characters from the Nemo film, blending in with animated under sea creatures then with real fish. There is rarely a long line and if there is it moves quickly as the ride vehicles are in constant motion for guests to board quickly. If you just want to see the aquariums full of real sea creatures, visit the area that is at the end of the ride. You can spend lots of time in this air conditioned spot and it is really quite relaxing. You can also skip the ride and enter through the double sliding doors to the left of the pavilion if you just want to experience the aquariums. You may just spot some Nemo and Dory fish while you are in there!

2. Journey into Imagination with Figment

This is found at the entrance to the Imagination! Pavilion in Future World, Epcot.  This is another attraction that loads quickly and almost never has a long line. You learn about how the five senses are used in imagination and that pesky trouble-maker Figment, the purple dragon, interferes with the scientific side of it.

1. Primeval Whirl

Located in DinoLand, Animal Kingdom, this ride is a trip back in time on a carnival-style rollercoaster that has round ride vehicles that spin while moving down the track. Riders must be at least 48-inches tall. You will experience hills, drops, and hairpin turns. It usually has short lines and is a walk-on in late afternoon through the evening.  If you have motion sickness don’t ride this.

There are plenty of great attractions at Walt Disney World that you can get FastPass+ for but limited passes so use them wisely!

Cassie

Cassie L. I am a lifelong Disney fan. I attended Walt Disney World in 1971, and was there during the opening week of EPCOT, and have visited the Disney Parks for than 30 times. I have had the privilege of visiting Disneyland as a child, and then again with my children. My family recently moved from the northeastern United States to the Walt Disney World area. I now have cast members in my family and enjoy hearing the magical stories at the end of a shift. I love visiting all of the parks and getting to try more Disney food… More »
