The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is underway, and part of the fun each year is seeing the special merchandise. This year does not disappoint.
On December 1, I had the opportunity to speak to a couple of Cast Members who specialize in merchandise. They talked me through what is available this year, and told me a couple of things that I probably would not have noticed otherwise.

Olaf is the central figure of the 2021 Festival of the Holidays merchandise. You’ll find him on t-shirts, pins, hats, and more. There is a special MagicBand that features everyone’s favorite snowman.
If you’re a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll want to consider purchasing the Passholder hoodie. It’s a beautiful shade of blue, and has Olaf and Sven on the front. The word “Passholder” is printed on one sleeve, along with a few snowflakes; you won’t see many other snowflakes in Florida during the holidays.
There are some water bottles for sale during this year’s festival that also feature Olaf. Look closely at these, because there is also a tie-in to EPCOT. There are images of World Showcase on the water bottles in addition to Olaf.

The mug for this year’s Festival of the Holidays has pictures of Olaf and Sven. This also has pictures to represent World Showcase on it. There is one addition that I would have missed until the Cast Members showed me. The mug has “Walt Disney World 50” stamped on the bottom. This is the only piece of Festival of the Holidays merchandise that also has a World’s Most Magical Celebration connection.
There is a hidden Spaceship Earth on one of the spirit jersey. I didn’t notice it until a Cast Member pointed it out, and then it was obvious.
There is a new cookie jar to purchase for the Holiday Cookie Stroll. This does not feature Olaf, but instead has a general holiday theme. The Holiday Cookie Stroll cookie jars tend to sell out, so if you want one don’t put off buying it.
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays runs until December 30, and is included with your Theme Park admission.
