Paddlefish, formerly Empress Lilly and Fulton’s Crab House, is located inside of a beautifully restored steamboat that features a calming shade of gray, several levels of decks, and a charming smokestack all nestled on the shores of Lake Buena Vista. The result is an unforgettable meal that offers up panoramic water views as well as glimpses of Disney Springs that Guests cannot find anywhere else.

The interior of Paddlefish continues the beauty of the water views through large windows looking out at Lake Buena Vista that pair perfectly with a modern and bright interior. Vibrant pops of blue can be found throughout the dining area on the chairs, table settings, and mosaic-tiled walls. These bright pops of color are offset with dark wooden accents, curved lines that follow the shape of the steamboat, and individual pendant lights that add a modern industrial flair.

The view becomes even more beautiful at night when the sun sets across the water and the eclectic lighting of Disney Springs comes to life.
