Disneyland Resort Investigates Claims of ICE Activity Targeting Cast Members

Recent claims from Disneyland Resort cast members have brought attention to the possibility of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents stopping employees as they leave company parking lots. These reports have been circulating widely on social media, with several sources alleging that ICE agents have been spotted at various locations around the resort. This has sparked concern among Disneyland employees, who are now calling for clarification from management.

Alleged ICE Presence in Key Locations

The reports detail several locations where ICE activity is allegedly taking place, including the Mickey and Friends parking structure, the Downtown Disney parking lot, and the cast member (CM) gates.

“I’ve heard various things,” said one source familiar with the situation. “Reports of ICE on Harbor, ICE at Mickey and Friends, ICE at Downtown Disney/DtD parking lot, ICE at CM gates to the park, ICE at the exit to Manchester CM parking, ICE pulling over CM shuttles.”

The source went on to say that if the ICE presence did occur, it was brief, and those who investigated the situation didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. While these reports have raised significant concern among employees, it is still unclear whether the alleged ICE activity is based on facts or if it is being fueled by speculation. “It’s very possible that one or more of the above is true, but it’s also possible that this is all speculation being spread around as fact,” the source explained. The statement also noted that similar claims had been screenshots and shared across social media platforms like Bluesky, potentially amplifying misinformation.

Management Responds to Claims Amid National Tensions

The allegations come at a time of heightened tension surrounding immigration enforcement in California, where ICE raids and protests have dominated the local conversation. For many cast members, these claims touch on sensitive issues of privacy and security, particularly in a public space like Disneyland Resort. As concerns grow, employees are calling for park management and security teams to investigate the situation and provide clarity.

Today, we learned from Disney that no ICE personnel were found on Disneyland property. In a statement, a spokesperson said:

“We can confirm that is not the case. We’ve gotten multiple reports through the day, but we checked them all and can report that there is no ICE presence at the resort.

The claims of ICE activity at Disneyland Resort are part of a larger national conversation on immigration enforcement and the rights of workers in public spaces. With protests calling for reform in immigration policies and heightened scrutiny of ICE’s presence, the idea of agents operating at a high-profile location like Disneyland only adds to the already tense debate.
