NEW: Return of Previously Closed Restaurant Confirmed for Disney World
Disney World has confirmed the return of a previously closed restaurant.
Few theme park resorts take food as seriously as Walt Disney World. Across its four parks, hotels, and Disney Springs, guests can choose from character breakfasts, quick-service staples, themed lounges, signature restaurants, global cuisine, and cult-favorite snacks – making dining almost as much a part of the vacation as the characters and rides.
But just like the parks themselves, this lineup is always changing. In the coming years, Animal Kingdom’s Tropical Americas is set to add one of Disney World’s largest quick-service restaurants, while Hollywood Studios’ Monstropolis will introduce Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza and Harryhausen’s, a full restaurant with an original menu and Audio-Animatronic sushi chef, when portions of the land open in 2027.
In the meantime, guests can look forward to the return of a closed dining spot.
Disney Confirms Restaurant Reopening Timeline
The Turf Club Lounge is set to reopen at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa on August 31.
Disney previously closed the eatery in May, confirming that work would continue through August.

It seems like the menu is set to remain unchanged, with dishes such as the Turf Club Burger, Crispy Chicken Wings with a choice of Buffalo or garlic-Parmesan sauce, Sweet-and-Spicy Brussels Sprouts, and an Onion Ring Tower with Saratoga sauce and horseradish sauce all confirmed.
Meanwhile, drink options include a Mint Julep made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, a Captain’s Mai Tai, sangria, and a New York Sour with Widow Jane Bourbon and a Merlot float.
While the lounge is reopening, The Turf Club Bar & Grill will remain closed through late September, meaning the resort is without a table-service restaurant for now.
Other dining options at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa include The Artist’s Palette, a quick-service spot offering sandwiches and salads, and The Paddock Grill, a quick-service kiosk serving the likes of the Saratoga Burger, cobb salad, and sandwiches.
Those playing on Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course can also take advantage of Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Café, which offers deli-style sandwiches, snacks, and refreshing beverages. The kiosk is also available to those not partaking in golf at the resort, with Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course temporarily closed for renovations through October 2026.
