Disney World Resort Prices Climb Again for 2027, Value Hotels Now Top $300
Walt Disney World guests planning a 2027 vacation may want to leave a little extra room in the budget.
New hotel rates are providing an early look at what staying inside the Disney bubble could cost next year, and some of the numbers are difficult to ignore.
One of Disney World’s Value Resorts is topping $300 per night during a March period, while a popular Deluxe Resort is approaching the $1,000 mark.

2027 Disney World Hotel Rates Are Getting Expensive
Disney Clips Guy recently shared several Walt Disney World Resort prices for a week in March 2027.
The account noted that there appeared to be some significant increases, particularly when looking at the starting price for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
The rates shared included Disney’s Pop Century Resort at $315, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at $395, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort at $406, and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn at $925.
Of those numbers, Pop Century may be the most surprising.
Disney categorizes Pop Century as a Value Resort, making it part of the company’s lowest-priced hotel tier.
Yet during the period shared, guests would be spending well over $300 per night for a standard room.
Disney’s Value Resorts Aren’t Always Cheap Anymore
Anyone who has visited Walt Disney World for decades knows just how much resort pricing has changed.
Pop Century was once the type of hotel where guests could find rooms for less than $100 per night. That helped families stay on Disney property without committing a huge portion of their vacation budget to accommodations.
A $315 standard room tells a very different story.
Stay for seven nights at that price, and the hotel alone reaches $2,205.
That doesn’t include theme park tickets, dining, Lightning Lane purchases, souvenirs, or transportation to Central Florida.
Of course, Pop Century still provides benefits that nearby off-property hotels can’t necessarily match. Guests have access to Disney transportation, including the Disney Skyliner, along with other benefits available to Disney Resort hotel guests.
But there’s still something jarring about seeing “Value Resort” and “$315 per night” attached to the same hotel.

Higher Prices Continue Across Disney World
The Moderate Resorts aren’t escaping the increases either.
Coronado Springs reaching $395 and Port Orleans reaching $406 puts both properties near or above the $400 threshold.
Meanwhile, BoardWalk Inn’s $925 rate demonstrates how quickly Deluxe Resort costs can climb during more expensive periods.
Disney does regularly offer hotel discounts, and some guests will ultimately pay less than these listed prices.
Those discounts, however, aren’t guaranteed.
Rates also vary throughout the year, so guests visiting during less expensive periods could find substantially lower prices.
That’s why this isn’t necessarily about Disney suddenly making every hotel dramatically more expensive in 2027.
It’s about the gradual increase.
Year after year, Disney World vacation costs continue moving higher. Eventually, those smaller increases add up.
A standard room at Pop Century crossing $300 during certain dates shows just how far Disney Resort pricing has moved — and how much more guests may need to budget if staying on property remains part of their 2027 plans.
