Disney World Halloween Party Sells Out 11 Dates as Availability Shrinks
Halloween has barely gotten started at Walt Disney World, but guests are already losing some of their options for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
The separately ticketed Magic Kingdom event began its 2026 run on August 7. Now, 11 party nights have already sold out across August, September, and October.

There is still time to grab tickets, and several dates remain available. However, guests planning an August visit have particularly limited choices. October is also starting to tighten as Halloween approaches.
Here’s where availability currently stands.
Disney World Reaches 11 Sold-Out Party Nights
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party runs on select nights at Magic Kingdom, giving guests access to special entertainment and Halloween experiences after regular park hours.
Demand has already removed 11 nights from the 2026 calendar.
The sold-out dates are:
- August 7
- August 11
- August 14
- August 18
- August 21
- September 4
- September 8
- October 9
- October 13
- October 29
- October 31
October 31 was an especially hot ticket. Halloween night sold out on the first day of general public sales.
More recently, August 21 and October 29 joined the growing list of unavailable nights.
August Is Running Out of Options
Only four August parties currently remain available.
August 23 is the cheapest option at $139 per person. August 25 costs $144, while August 28 and August 30 are each priced at $149.
That means more August party dates have sold out than remain available.
The pace isn’t entirely surprising based on what happened last year. Every August party in 2025 had sold out by August 26.
With four nights remaining this year, guests planning an August visit may not want to wait too long before buying.
September Offers the Most Flexibility
September currently looks much better for guests who have some flexibility with their vacation dates.
Only September 4 and September 8 have sold out so far.
Tickets remain available for September 1, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27, and 29.
Prices gradually increase throughout the month.
September 1 costs $149, while September 11 and 13 cost $159. September 15 rises to $164.
September 18, 20, and 22 are priced at $169. September 24 costs $174, while September 25 and 27 are $179.
September 29 is currently the most expensive September party at $184.
For guests who simply want to experience the event and aren’t tied to a particular date, September currently provides the widest selection.
October Availability Is Starting to Shrink
October still has several options, but some major dates have already disappeared.
October 9, October 13, October 29, and October 31 are sold out.
Guests can still purchase tickets for October 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 25, and 27.
Those dates also carry the highest prices of the event.
October 1 starts at $189. October 2, 4, and 6 cost $199; October 8 is $204 and October 15 is $214.
October 16, 18, and 22 cost $219.

The final available dates—October 23, 25, and 27—are priced at $224 per person.
Those three nights are especially notable because they’re now the final opportunities to attend immediately before Halloween. October 29 and Halloween night itself are already unavailable.
The Entire Event Could Eventually Sell Out
Last year’s party calendar gives guests an idea of how quickly availability can disappear.
By mid-August 2025, 11 dates had already sold out. All August parties were gone by August 26.
Eventually, every single night disappeared. The complete 2025 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party schedule sold out by September 24.
The 2026 event has now reached 11 sold-out nights by August 10.
That doesn’t guarantee this year’s remaining tickets will follow exactly the same timeline. Still, guests shouldn’t assume their preferred night will remain available indefinitely.
For now, September provides the most choices, while August is quickly approaching the point where no dates remain.
And if you’re hoping to celebrate Halloween at Magic Kingdom closer to October 31, the calendar is already getting considerably smaller.
