Walt Disney World’s Halloween ticket rush is essentially over. Now, attention is turning toward Christmas.
All remaining dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have sold out, leaving guests without tickets unable to attend the separately ticketed Magic Kingdom event this year.
That also means another ticket watch is beginning.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is approaching quickly, and while no dates have sold out yet, that could begin changing very soon.
Christmas Party Tickets Are Still Available
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party returns to Magic Kingdom on November 8 and continues on select nights through December 22.
Disney has 25 party nights scheduled across November and December, giving guests plenty of choices right now.
November parties are scheduled for November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, and 29.
December dates include December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, and 22.
For the moment, guests haven’t seen dates disappearing from the calendar like they did with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
We wouldn’t expect that situation to last indefinitely.
With Halloween tickets gone and Christmas trips getting closer, it would not be surprising to see the first Very Merry dates sell out this week or over the coming weeks.
That isn’t a guarantee from Disney. It’s simply something guests should watch based on how seasonal event tickets tend to move as their dates approach.
Halloween Shows How Quickly Things Can Change
Disney fans just watched this process unfold with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
On September 12, only three dates remained available for the entire Halloween season. Within days, the remaining dates were gone.
The 2026 season became the fourth consecutive year in which Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party sold out following its 2022 return.
That could make some guests think twice about waiting too long for Christmas tickets.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party runs from 7 p.m. until midnight, with party ticket holders allowed to enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4 p.m.
The event includes Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, complimentary holiday treats, and other seasonal offerings.
Disney’s Christmas Ticket Watch Begins
Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is another event to watch as the holiday season approaches.
Neither Christmas event has experienced the rush of sellouts we’ve already seen for Halloween, giving guests more flexibility for the moment.
But Disney World has reached an interesting point in its 2026 calendar.
Halloween is still happening in the parks, but the Halloween ticket hunt is basically finished.
Now, guests planning November and December vacations have a new question to consider: How much longer will every Christmas party date remain available?
