A Disney star was arrested on Saturday in New York City on charges related to a domestic dispute with a woman.
Police say Jonathan Majors, 33, was involved in an altercation with a 30-year-old woman who ultimately sustained minor injuries to her head and neck as a result of the dispute and was taken to a local hospital. She is currently listed in stable condition.

A spokesperson for the New York Police Department’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Office confirmed the arrest and issued the following statement:
“On Saturday, March 25, 2023, at approximately 1114 hours, police responded to a 911 call. A preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female. The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”
Jonathan Majors has a long list of film credits with Disney, including portraying He Who Remains and voicing the Time Keepers in Season 1 of the Disney+ series Loki. Majors also played the role of Kang the Conqueror in the 2023 film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and season 2 of Loki on Disney+. He was also cast for the role of Kang in the upcoming 2025 film Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and the 2026 film Avengers: Secret Wars.

In a statement, representatives for the actor said, “[Majors] has done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”
