Vuori, a brand known for performance apparel and everyday lifestyle pieces, welcomed its first shoppers at Disney Springs on October 16.

Made for Park Days
Activewear fits naturally at Walt Disney World, where a single park day can add up to miles of walking. Disney pitched the store with exactly that in mind on the Disney Parks Blog: “Vuori opens today at Disney Springs, bringing its popular collection of performance apparel and lifestyle essentials to Town Center,” the post reads. “Whether you’re heading out for a morning workout or a day exploring Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll find comfortable styles there designed to help you look and feel your best.”
Saying Goodbye to Shore
Vuori’s new home comes with some history. Shore was among the very first third-party retailers to set up shop when Town Center debuted in 2016, about a year after Disney traded the Downtown Disney name for Disney Springs. The resort-wear store held a clearance sale before closing for good in May.

How We Got Here
Not long after Shore departed, a construction permit suggested Vuori would be moving in. Disney Springs confirmed it during the summer with an Instagram post announcing that Vuori was “coming soon” to the former Shore space.
Things stayed fairly still for a while, with Vuori advertisements serving as the main hint of what was ahead. September brought more activity, as the storefront’s awnings received a fresh coat of paint, apparently in preparation for signage, while the entrance remained blocked off.
Then, on September 28, Walt Disney World Resort filed a Notice of Commencement for the “installation of signage” at 1530 E. Buena Vista Dr. #1H, the former Shore address, with Shark Signs named as the vendor handling the work. Just under three weeks later, the doors opened.
On your next visit, Vuori adds another option to Town Center’s growing collection of activewear and lifestyle retailers, whether you need gear for a resort workout or a comfortable layer for the parks.
