Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
Disney Parks announced a brand-new Disney Princess-themed event, and tickets for the exclusive soiree are almost sold out!
Since the introduction of Snow White in 1937, Disney princesses have fascinated fans. Indeed, Disney films are well known for their renditions of classic fairytale heroines. The official lineup of Disney Princesses introduced in 2008 expanded to include modern heroines from across cultures and with diverse backgrounds, such as Mulan, Moana, and Pocahontas.

Now, Disney will celebrate its “most beloved leading women and their shared values of bravery, beauty, and grace” with its first-ever Disney Princess-themed after-hours event that compliments its popular Villains Nite and Star Wars Nite. According to the Disneyland website: “this first-ever event will immerse you in the stories of Disney’s heroines, placing iconic Disney Princesses center stage. Discover themed entertainment, sparkling décor, and more—with a touch of magic that will empower and uplift us all.”
Moreover, Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite promises Southern California Guests exclusive photo opportunities, a Princess Nite Concert, dancing with all female DJ sets, an event-night-only menu, commemorative keepsakes like a guide map and other goodies, plus meet-and-greets with “Disney’s most iconic leading women” like Princess Minnie Mouse, Princess Daisy Duck, and Vanellope Von Schweetz! It certainly sounds like it will be a magical night to remember!

Guests must purchase a separate admission ticket for the nighttime event, held on March 7 and 9, 2023, at Disneyland Park. Although the Disneyland Resort website lists the event hours as 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., attendees will gain access to the Park up to three hours ahead of the event for extra time enjoying attractions and daily entertainment offerings.
However, because many know these after-hours Park events offer exclusive food options, entertainment, and often extremely rare character meet-and-greets, tickets are disappearing faster than Cinderella’s carriage at midnight. Currently, tickets still remain for the March 9 date, starting at $145 per Guest, with a limit of up to 8 tickets per party.
