A Walt Disney World Guest tells her biggest complaints about Disney that may shock you.
Disney World, as one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, has garnered its fair share of praise and admiration. However, every enterprise has its flaws, and Disney World is not exempt from criticism. While many Guests have had incredible experiences, some have expressed complaints and concerns.
Disney World is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Disney World is home to four theme parks Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Each Disney Park includes something for Guests of all ages and sizes.
Some Guests heading to Disney will find anything to ruin the magic. Guests may even spot a “Disney Karen,” which typically refers to a Guest who exhibits entitled and demanding behavior while visiting the Park. These individuals often express dissatisfaction over perceived shortcomings or deviations from their expectations and may engage in confrontational or demanding interactions with Cast Members.
In a TikTok, this Guest would probably not be considered a “Disney Karen,” but she did have several complaints about her Disney vacation. This Guest said her two biggest issues were that when Parks are open attractions and meet and greets should be open. Guests heading to Disney for the first time may not know that certain meet and greets close at a certain time even if the Parks don’t close much later. Her second complaint was Character Dining and how Guests with a family of four are going to be spending $200 to $300 with the tip but she does say they do come with a good amount of food. However, Guests expect to have a moment with special Disney Characters but this Guests complaint was that they should have a PhotoPass Cast Member follow the Character to snap photos of the family at the tables.
