Disney Guests are outraged for Disney mocking about Cast Members wages.
Disney is a popular tourist location Guests can visit several different Disney Parks worldwide. Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and many more different Parks worldwide.
Disneyland Resort is known as “The Happiest Place on Earth.” Disneyland is home to two theme parks Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Each Disney Park includes something for Guests of all ages and sizes.
Walt Disney World Resort is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Walt Disney World is home to four theme parks Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney World also is home to two water parks, Blizzard Beach(temporarily closed) and Typhoon Lagoon, for Guests to beat the Florida heat.
With Disney seeing thousands of Guests daily, Cast Members tend to get overworked due to pandemic layoffs, low wages, and long hours. A Disney union has fought for years for Disney World and Disneyland Cast Members for proper wages and better conditions. Though Disney has provided higher wages, Guests have still noticed a decline in “Disney magic” inside Disney Parks.
Bunny Dragon recently Tweeted about Disney making a reel on Instagram stories asking Cast Members, “how much do you pay for rent.” While this was supposed to be a joke with the bellhop from Twilight Zone of Terror, Disney Twitter fans did not find this funny.
