New Year’s Eve Hours Extended

Celebrating the New Year at Walt Disney World is a magical experience many love to do yearly. Walt Disney World has once again extended park hours to allow everyone enough time to enjoy all the magic.

For December 31, 2023, three Disney Parks are seeing extended hours. For guests visiting Magic Kingdom, the park will not be open from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., giving them lots of time to enjoy the magic.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the park will be open from 8:30 a.m. to midnight. The last Disney Park to adjust hours for December 31 is Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney Park, which typically closes extremely early, will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on this day.

Hours for EPCOT weren’t extended as they were already scheduled to be opened from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. to ring in the new year.

Extending these hours gives guests additional time to enjoy the New Year in the parks. Magic Kingdom is gaining two whole hours on this day!
