A popular Disney World attraction is in need of a significant update and repairs. Will this attraction be the next to close?
Walt Disney World Resort was founded by Walt Disney in 1971. The Resort has become one of the most popular vacation destinations worldwide, attracting millions of visitors each year. Disney World is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth” and is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney World also has two water parks that Guests can beat the Florida heat, called Disney’s Blizzard Beach (temporarily closed) and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. Guests looking for something else to do can head downtown to Disney Springs to shop, eat, and much more.

Guests looking for family-friendly and thrilling attractions should head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Guests can enjoy Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge or join Mickey and Minnie on an Adventure called Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Guests can drop with The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or Slinky Dog Dash. Guests can watch Mickey fight a battle with Fantasmic!. Guests will smaller children or looking for a play to rest should head to Muppet Vision 3D. This attraction includes fan favorites, such as Miss. Piggy, Kermit, and the gang. Disney’s Hollywood Studios includes much more for Guests to explore.

In a social media post, Guests can see how Muppet Vision 3D requires updates. In this tweet, Guests can see a photo of dirty seats. Disneyland in California has already closed Muppet Vision 3D and some fans are scared that Walt Disney World Resort could follow in these footsteps.
Fast forward to the present, and the Muppet*Vision 3D theatre is in a sad state of disrepair. The upholstered seats are caked in grime, and the plastic seat backs are visibly scuffed. A lack of regular cleaning and maintenance is evident.

Muppet Vision 3D allows Guests to take their seats in a perfect replica of the Muppet Theater from the classic television series, The Muppet Show. As the curtain rises, Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the whole Muppets menagerie appear in eye-popping 3D. They’re taking you on a zany tour of their lab and showing off their new movie-making invention: Muppet*Vision 3D.
