With guests heading to parks, wear and tear happens to attractions, causing delays and errors from time to time. In a viral TikTok, guests were stuck on Frozen Ever After. These guests said that Elsa sang “Let it go” for 20 minutes when finally the music cut off. The guests waited for the attraction to start back up, and it wasn’t until the water stopped running and a platform came up where they could safely leave the boat.
