The Walt Disney World Resort partners with both Starbucks and Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Company to offer signature coffee and beverages for Guests. With locations at the main entrance and throughout the Park, Guests can grab a morning Joffrey’s coffee or pastry before starting their Park day. If you’re seeking a signature Starbucks drink, head to Creature Comforts in Discovery Island.

Quick Service Dining

Disney’s Animal Kingdom offers a huge variety of Quick Service restaurants. Our favorites include Satu’li Canteen, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes. These restaurants offer unique menu options from American fare to Asian cuisine.

Quick Service dining locations are a great option for a quick snack or meal and don’t require dining reservations. Restaurants can draw large crowds at popular meal times, so we recommend using Mobile Ordering whenever available.

Mobile Ordering is a convenient option for Disney Guests to save time and skip the line at popular restaurants. Guests can place an order ahead using the My Disney Experience app. Once your order is ready, pick it up at the designated window without waiting in line. Using Mobile Order gives you more time to enjoy the Parks.

Table Service Dining

Table Service restaurants allow Guests to relax while dining and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Park. Animal Kingdom offers many excellent Table Service restaurants. Our favorites include Nomad Lounge, Tiffins Restaurant, and Yak and Yeti Restaurant.

These dining locations accept dining reservations, and we always recommend making a reservation in advance. If you’re unable to get a reservation, continue to check the My Disney Experience app for updates and changes.

Character Dining

Disney’s Animal Kingdom offers a Character Dining Experience at the Tusker House Restaurant. This restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style meals with Donald Duck and his friends dressed in their Safari best. Dining reservations are required, and Guests can make a reservation as early as 60 days before their trip.

Snacks

From controversial snacks like the pineapple-cream cheese Pongu Lumpia to iconic eats like the Simba Sunset Dole Whip. Other delicious snacks include Cinnamon-glazed Almonds and Pecans, the Mini Mango Pie, and The Night Blossom beverage.

About Megan Losey

As a Disney foodie, I love writing about Disney food and snacks. Some of my favorites are the Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe, the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans French Quarter, and the Apple Blossom from Port Orleans Riverside. When I'm visiting the parks, you can find me on Main Street taking in the good vibe of Magic Kingdom or relaxing with a drink at the Polynesian watching the fireworks from the beach. As a previous Cast Member, I will always have a special place in my heart for the Magic Kingdom, especially Main Street U.S.A.
