Crowds are a part of Disney World, but you never know what to expect when visiting the beloved theme park complex.

Walt Disney World Resort is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” seeing thousands of guests daily. However, when busy times of the year happen, Disney World tends to be even more crowded. Despite the crowds, Disney’s commitment to guest satisfaction remains unwavering.

Walt Disney World Resort tends to see more crowds during holidays when children are on breaks, and during the summer months. Spring Break is starting off strong this season, with multitudes of guests heading to Disney World.

With blooming flowers and warmer weather, families are flocking to Disney World for an unforgettable vacation. Typically spanning from late February to early April, this period sees a surge in attendance as schools across the country break for recess. The combination of pleasant weather and extended vacation time makes it an ideal time for families to embark on magical adventures together.

Due to Spring Break, Disney park guests heading to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom may have noticed longer wait times prices rising for Disney Genie+ prices, with popular attractions selling out of Lighting Lanes.

In a viral TikTok, one Disney guest noticed that those who are hoping to get that perfect spot to watch the show Happily Ever After need to plan ahead.

Disney World makes an announcement before parades to get guests prepared to see the show. However, Disney announced Happily Ever After was at capacity well over an hour before the show was supposed to start, meaning you could not secure a spot on Main Street, U.S.A.

Even with the show over an hour away, guests were already overtaking Main Street, U.S.A and areas in hopes of watching the fireworks show.

Disney World describes Happily Ever After like this:

“Guests will go on a dazzling journey of color, light and song that captures the heart, humor and heroism of favorite Disney stories. Watch in awe as Cinderella Castle is magically transformed through amazing state-of-the art projection technology you have to see to believe. This astounding fireworks extravaganza uses lights, lasers and special effects, plus a soaring score featuring contemporary versions of beloved Disney songs. Discover the magic of stories—and be inspired to find your own happily ever after.”
