For those who live near Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or Disneyland Resort in Southern California, it’s always exciting to travel to the other coast and experience a different Disney theme park. But one of the biggest pains of planning your cross-country Disney trip can be figuring out the flights.
Finding a time that works where you don’t waste a day, but one that isn’t so early in the morning that you don’t get any sleep the night before can be a nightmare!
However, one airline wants Disney travelers to have their cake and eat it too!

In celebration of the summer holiday, Breeze Airways has brought back its popular Disney to Disney flights. The flight will take guests back and forth between Orlando International Airport and John Wayne Airport (by Disneyland). Here’s more info on the Disney-perfect route from KTLA:
The nonstop flights will be available throughout the summer season on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays with a one-way ticket costing $89.
“Our ‘Disney to Disney’ route has been one of our most popular and we’re happy to be bringing it back for our guests in Orange County,” Breeze CEO and founder David Neeleman, said in a statement.
This is the perfect time for Breeze to bring back its Disney to Disney flights, which were discontinued six months ago.
At Disneyland Resort, Pixar Fest is in full swing. It is the first time Pixar Fest has been at a Disney Park since 2018. There are a ton of rare characters that have not been in Disneyland before. This includes Wade and Ember from Elemental (2023), Luca and Alberto from Luca (2021), Meilin and Ming from Turning Red (2022), and Ian and Wade from Onward (2020).

There are also so many amazing food offerings, super cute merchandise, a new fireworks show over Sleeping Beauty Castle, and a brand-new parade in Disney California Adventure. And be sure to head to the Grizzly River area of DCA and meet Dug, who will actually talk to you!
And over at Walt Disney World, crews are gearing up for the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on June 28. The ride — formerly Splash Mountain — has been under construction for months. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is finally ready to take on guests and is currently undergoing test rides. Unfortunately, things are not going very smoothly, and there have been frequent evacuations.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure isn’t the only exciting thing coming to Walt Disney World this summer. Just a couple of weeks ago, a new drone show was launched at Disney Springs, and the crowds are piling in to see it. CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza will open in just a few days, and Timon and Rafiki are returning to Animal Kingdom for a meet-and-greet.
If that is not enough, an Encanto (2021) stage show is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. So, as you can see, it is the perfect time to visit both Disneyland and Walt Disney World!
