Animal Kingdom also offers two musical shows, Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond! For fans of the traditional theme park experience, the Disney Park also has classic rides such as Expedition Everest and Avatar Flight of Passage.

In short, this theme park has it all.

However, one Guest recently experienced something rather disheartening while visiting with her family.

I’m also really angry. I expect that people with disabilities will be discriminated against. Because that’s reality. But at Disney World? Really? #animalkingdom #disney #disneyworld

According to this video, this TikTok user’s father was discriminated against while getting his bags checked at the theme park’s entrance.

The user explains that her father is 50 years old and legally blind and that this was his first trip to the theme park. While getting bags checked at the entrance, he did not see the Cast Member calling him over. When he explained that he was blind, she allegedly replied, “And deaf too? I was calling you.” Certainly not Walt Disney World-level customer service.

Although we don’t know what happened to the rude Cast Member, this story reportedly has a happy ending. The original poster replied to her video, stating, “Disney went above and beyond to make things more than right.”

While the user has disclosed very little about this experience, we can rest easy knowing that things were made right for her family.
