There’s a new way to play at Disney Springs! From shopping to dining theres always something to do at Disney Springs. It is our favorite spot to hit on arrival day to get a dose of Disney magic (without using a theme park ticket on a partial day). The entertainment here can’t be beat either. Whether catching a movie or listening to live music…there’s always something fun going on at Disney Springs.

Beginning tomorrow January 28, 2023 Disney’s shopping and entertainment district will launch the all-new Kids Club! This family-friendly entertainment will be a fun filled interactive activity that will get everyone up and moving! This kid focused-family entertainment event will take place every Saturday morning at 10:30 am. You’ll find it at tucked between The BOATHOUSE and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Waterview Park, the area’s live entertainment amphitheater.

The lineup and schedule of events will change weekly, making this an awesome spot for vacationers and locals alike since no two weeks will be the same. This week the Disney Springs kids Club kicks off with a high energy performance from Wassalou, the Afropop band from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park! This group is known for their catchy melodies and happy vibes. They often invite listeners to come up and learn an African dance (which I never pass up, it is always a good time). Later you’ll get the chance to watch as the little ones get out all of that extra energy (seriously, where does it come from?) With the Flight Crew Jump Rope team. Finally DJ KD Queen will wrap things up with a dance party that is sure to make everyone smile!

The most exciting thing about the Kids Club is that it is free! That’s something you don’t get to often say at Disney World. Families are also free to come and go as they please, there’s no pressure to show up right when it begins or to stay until the end. Drop in, have fun, and roll out! Do keep in mind that adult supervision is required. Unlike the kids clubs at Disney Resort hotels, this is not a drop-in babysitting service and is meant to be enjoyed as a family.

About Jill Bivins

Jill Bivins has been visiting Disney Parks since she was 2 years old and loves sharing her Disney adventures with the world. She likes to say Disney is in her blood and writing is in her bones — so any time she has the opportunity to combine these loves she is one happy camper! She has a deep abiding love for Epcot and as a die hard Star Wars fan has a serious love for Hollywood Studios as well. When she isn't exploring or writing about Disney Parks, Jill is homeschooling her 8 year old son, playing with her brand new baby son, or pretending to be a farmer on her family homestead (despite being unable to keep even a cactus alive).
