Walt Disney World is preparing for another busy holiday season, and EPCOT visitors have a new reason to get excited about this year’s festivities.
With Christmas celebrations beginning in November, Disney has been putting the finishing touches on its seasonal entertainment schedule. However, one popular event still had a couple of unanswered questions following an unexpected celebrity departure.

Now, Disney has confirmed a replacement, officially completing the lineup for one of EPCOT’s most beloved holiday traditions.
Even better, the newest addition is someone Disney World guests may already recognize from another popular experience.
Disney Confirms New Celebrity for Popular EPCOT Tradition
Disney has announced that Jordan Fisher will narrate the Candlelight Processional on November 27 and 28, 2026.
According to WDWMAGIC, Fisher’s addition fills the final two available dates on this year’s schedule after Disney previously removed Auli’i Cravalho from the lineup.
Cravalho, best known for voicing the title character in Moana (2016), was originally scheduled to participate in the holiday presentation.

Following her removal earlier in October, Disney temporarily left the opening two nights without a confirmed narrator.
That created some uncertainty for guests hoping to attend the first performances of the season.
Fortunately, those dates now have a replacement, and Fisher brings an interesting Disney connection to the celebration.
Why Disney Fans Might Recognize the Newest Addition
Although Fisher has appeared in several television shows and movies, Walt Disney World visitors may recognize his voice from Magic Kingdom.
The actor and singer performs “Happily Ever After,” the popular song featured in the park’s nighttime fireworks spectacular.
For many Disney fans, the song has become an important part of their Magic Kingdom experience.

Now, Fisher will trade the fireworks soundtrack for a live storytelling performance at EPCOT.
His entertainment career also includes winning Season 25 of Dancing with the Stars and appearing in Grease: Live(2016).
He also starred in Netflix’s To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You (2020).
With experience in music, acting, and live performances, Fisher brings a familiar entertainment background to the Candlelight Processional.
However, he won’t be singing his way through the presentation. Instead, he’ll narrate the traditional Christmas story alongside a live orchestra and choir.
EPCOT’s Holiday Entertainment Lineup Is Now Complete
Fisher joins an impressive collection of celebrities scheduled to participate in this year’s Candlelight Processional.
Gary Sinise will follow Fisher with performances from November 29 through December 1.
Benjamin Bratt takes the stage December 2 and 3, followed by Whoopi Goldberg on December 4 and 5.
Other celebrities scheduled throughout December include Robin Roberts, Jason Kelce, Neil Patrick Harris, Josh Groban, Lauren Daigle, Ralph Macchio, and Henry Winkler.
Lacey Chabert will narrate December 22 and 23, while Jodi Benson will appear on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Simu Liu follows on December 26 and 27, with Eva Longoria closing out the celebration December 28 through 30.
With every date now assigned a narrator, visitors can plan their trips around the celebrity they most want to see.
What Guests Should Know Before Attending
The 2026 Candlelight Processional runs November 27 through December 30 as part of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
Performances take place nightly at the America Gardens Theatre at 4:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.
The presentation combines a celebrity narrator with a large choir and live orchestra to share the traditional Christmas story.
Guests can attend without purchasing a special package, although standby seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Disney also offers Candlelight Processional Dining Packages, which include a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant and guaranteed seating at a same-day performance.
Reservations for these packages are already available.
With Fisher appearing during Thanksgiving weekend, guests hoping to attend his performances may want to make plans early.
The newest announcement means Disney’s 2026 narrator schedule is finally complete, giving visitors one less question to worry about as EPCOT prepares for another festive holiday season.
