Marvel’s ‘Endgame: Encore’ Scenes Leak Early: Huge ‘Doomsday’ Connections Revealed

Fans weren’t supposed to see the biggest surprises from Avengers Endgame: Encore (2026) quite yet.

The extended version of Avengers: Endgame (2019) arrives in theaters September 25, but footage reportedly captured during early screenings has already begun circulating online. And based on what’s leaked, this isn’t simply the same movie with a few extra moments added.

Instead, several new scenes appear to push the MCU directly toward Avengers: Doomsday (2026), bringing some familiar characters back into the picture while raising even bigger questions about the Multiverse and Doctor Doom.

If the footage is legitimate, Endgame: Encore may have just revealed some major clues about what comes next — including a few connections fans probably won’t see coming.

Steve Rogers Gets an Unexpected Visitor

Steve Rogers seemingly got everything he wanted at the end of Avengers: Endgame (2019).

After returning the Infinity Stones, Steve went back in time and reunited with Peggy Carter. Audiences eventually saw them share the dance Steve had waited years for.

Apparently, that wasn’t quite the end.

Endgame: Encore reportedly extends the sequence by showing someone knocking on Steve and Peggy’s door. Peggy answers it and discovers Loki standing outside.

Steve understandably looks surprised.

The appearance seems connected to Loki’s involvement with the TVA and the Multiverse. Previous rumors have suggested that Loki could relocate Steve, Peggy, and their family elsewhere in the Multiverse to protect them from the coming danger.

The footage doesn’t confirm that theory. Still, Loki’s arrival at Steve’s home offers a possible explanation for how Captain America could find himself involved in another massive crisis.

Doctor Doom Finds Bruce Banner’s Hiding Place

Another leaked scene shifts attention toward Bruce Banner.

Banner has apparently isolated himself inside an old military facility located deep underground. He records himself while working on a serum designed to stabilize his condition and believes nobody will be able to reach him.

Doctor Doom proves otherwise.

Doom reportedly enters the facility while remaining mostly unseen. Banner hears Robert Downey Jr.’s Doom tell him that he has come to “collect” him.

The scene then suggests Banner begins turning into Hulk.

Exactly what Doom wants remains unclear. He could want Hulk as an ally, a weapon, or for some completely different purpose.

Whatever the explanation, Doom clearly sought Banner out.

The TVA Watches the Multiverse Fall Apart

The danger becomes much larger in another sequence.

Mobius, Casey, and Ouroboros reportedly return inside the TVA, with Miss Minutes also appearing. They discover universes beginning to collide before realizing this isn’t one isolated incident.

The entire Multiverse appears to be in danger of collapsing.

One of the realities reportedly involved is Earth-10005, the universe associated with Fox’s X-Men movies. That creates another possible connection to the mutants and Avengers: Doomsday (2026).

But the TVA’s presence also raises questions about Deadpool.

Wade Wilson already crossed paths with the organization during Deadpool & Wolverine (2024). That movie also included a strange glimpse of Thor, apparently crying over an injured Deadpool.

Marvel never explained exactly what audiences were seeing.

Could that mysterious moment eventually happen during Avengers: Doomsday (2026) or Avengers: Secret Wars (2027)? There’s no confirmation, but the TVA’s return makes the possibility interesting.

Doctor Doom Gets a Familiar Marvel Moment

One of the shortest reported additions could also be one of the most important.

Doctor Doom’s mask is reportedly shown being forged.

For longtime MCU fans, the imagery should feel familiar. Tony Stark built his original Iron Man armor in Iron Man (2008), while the ending credits of Avengers: Endgame (2019) included the familiar sound of Tony hammering metal.

Now, Marvel appears to be surrounding Doom with similar imagery.

Of course, there’s another obvious connection: Robert Downey Jr. plays both Tony Stark and Victor von Doom.

Doom Could Be Assembling Something

Doom’s encounter with Banner creates an interesting parallel with Tony Stark.

Tony helped bring heroes together as the Avengers formed. Doom now appears to be seeking out powerful characters himself.

If he really plans to “collect” Banner, perhaps Hulk becomes an unwilling ally or weapon. Loki’s visit to Steve could simultaneously bring Captain America back into the larger conflict.

Together, these scenes appear to be moving several familiar Marvel characters toward the same crisis.

Is Marvel Teasing a Tony Stark Twist?

Marvel has identified Downey’s new character as Victor von Doom. Nothing officially establishes that he’s secretly a Tony Stark variant.

Still, the comparisons are difficult to miss.

Doom seeks out Banner, his mask recalls Tony’s earliest MCU moments, and Downey portrays both characters.

Marvel could eventually explain those connections through the Multiverse, mistaken identity, or something else entirely. For now, any Tony Stark connection beyond Downey remains speculation.

Endgame: Encore May Be Marvel’s Bridge to Avengers: Doomsday

Avengers Endgame: Encore (2026) arrives September 25, 2026. Avengers: Doomsday (2026) is set for release on December 18.

Until the rerelease officially reaches theaters, the leaked scenes should still be viewed with caution, as missing context could change how they fit together.

But if everything circulating online is accurate, Endgame: Encore isn’t simply adding more material to an old Marvel movie.

It could be Marvel’s first major bridge from the ending of Avengers: Endgame (2019) directly into Avengers: Doomsday (2026).
