Multiple Disney Theme Parks Cut Operating Hours as Summer Crowds Arrive
Just as summer hits its peak, Disneyland Paris Resort is dialing back the evening hours at both of its theme parks.
Forty Minutes Less Starting August 8

Disneyland Paris Resort’s official park hours calendar has been updated to show that both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World will begin closing at 10:00 p.m. starting August 8, 2026. Currently, both European Disney parks stay open until 10:40 p.m., meaning guests will lose 40 minutes of evening theme park time when the new schedule kicks in.
🗓️ From August 8, 2026, Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World will close at 10:00 PM.
⏰ Just a reminder: both Disney Parks will stay open until 10:40 PM through August 7. Disneyland Paris park hours are currently available through the end of August. #DisneylandParis

August 7 is the last day to experience the extended evening hours at Disneyland Park (Paris) and Disney Adventure World.
Fortunately, the earlier closing time doesn’t come paired with any reduction in the morning. Both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World will continue offering Extra Magic Time from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. even after August 8. The early entry benefit remains available to Disneyland Pass Gold holders and guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel or Les Villages Nature Paris.
A Summer Worth Experiencing at the Second Gate

Disney Adventure World is a compelling reason to make the trip — formerly Walt Disney Studios Park — reopened in March following a comprehensive reimagining, debuting the World of Frozen land, the Disney Cascade of Lights nighttime spectacular, and Rapoince Tangled Spin, inspired by Tangled (2010), all at once.
Future additions are already in development. The Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings, inspired by Up (2009), and a log flume attraction inspired by The Lion King (1994) are both currently being developed by Walt Disney Imagineers for eventual addition to the second European Disney park.
