New Disney Junior Offering Arrives at Hollywood Studios Amid Major Park Changes
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has become a park filled with major thrill rides, long wait times, and massive immersive lands, but Disney is continuing to make sure younger guests still have plenty to enjoy too.

Now, another Disney Junior character has officially joined the park’s entertainment lineup.
Bitsy from Disney Junior’s SuperKitties is now meeting guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, giving younger fans a chance to meet one of the newest Disney Junior stars in person. The meet-and-greet is located on Commissary Lane near Red Carpet Dreams and across from ABC Commissary.
The addition may seem small compared to some of Disney World’s larger announcements lately, but for families visiting with younger children, experiences like this can completely change the feel of a park day.
Hollywood Studios has become one of the busiest parks at Walt Disney World thanks to attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Slinky Dog Dash, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and Tower of Terror. While those attractions are huge draws, they also create a park that can feel overwhelming at times for smaller children.
That is one reason Disney Junior offerings continue becoming more important.
Parents are constantly looking for experiences that do not involve long waits, height requirements, or intense ride systems. Character meet-and-greets provide an easy break during the day while still giving kids something memorable.

For younger Disney+ viewers, SuperKitties has quietly become one of Disney Junior’s bigger recent successes. The animated series follows a group of superhero cats protecting Kittydale while promoting teamwork, kindness, and problem-solving.
Bitsy has become one of the show’s standout characters, which makes this addition feel like a pretty natural move for Disney.
The meet-and-greet also fits nicely into Hollywood Studios’ current direction. Disney has spent the last several years slowly updating areas around Animation Courtyard and adding more entertainment options geared toward families. Smaller character experiences help make the park feel more balanced instead of focusing entirely on thrill attractions.
According to the current schedule, Bitsy appears multiple times throughout the day. Sofia the First alternates appearances at the same location between Bitsy’s sets.
Guests visiting the park may want to check the My Disney Experience app before heading over, since entertainment schedules can always change throughout the day.
One interesting detail is that Disney has not announced how long the experience will remain available. Right now, reports indicate it is expected to continue through at least the summer season.
That uncertainty may actually increase demand.
Disney fans have seen plenty of temporary entertainment offerings disappear before guests even get the chance to experience them. Families visiting Hollywood Studios this summer may decide to prioritize the meet-and-greet while it is still around.

It is also another sign that Disney understands the value of character interactions right now.
Not every new addition needs to be a billion-dollar attraction. Sometimes a simple meet-and-greet creates some of the most meaningful moments for families visiting Walt Disney World.
And honestly, for younger guests who love SuperKitties, meeting Bitsy in person may end up being one of the biggest memories of the entire trip.
