Starting May 1, a character meet-and-greet at EPCOT will be available exclusively to a specific group of Walt Disney World Resort guests. Unfortunately, if you don’t have an Annual Pass, you won’t be getting in line for a photo with these Disney characters.
An Exclusive Meet-and-Greet at the Imagination! Pavilion
Walt Disney World Resort revealed the details on Thursday as part of the returning V.I.PASSHOLDER Summer Days event for summer 2026. Annual Passholders of any tier will be able to meet “some of Mickey Mouse’s best pals” at the Magic Eye Theatre in EPCOT’s Imagination! Pavilion daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., running May 1 through July 31.
The meet-and-greet is located inside the Magic Eye Theatre building — immediately to the right upon entry, just left of the Journey Into Imagination With Figment attraction queue and before the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. Guests simply need to show proof of Annual Pass ownership to gain access.
Disney didn’t name the specific characters who will be greeting guests, but “Mickey Mouse’s best pals” traditionally includes Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck. Mickey Mouse himself does not appear to be part of the offering, though Walt Disney World Resort hasn’t addressed his absence directly. It’s also worth noting that certain Annual Pass types are blocked from EPCOT on select dates, which could limit access to the meet-and-greet for some passholders, even during the event window.

The character meet-and-greet is one of several perks confirmed for Annual Passholders this summer. The full lineup also includes an exclusive Annual Passholder Lounge in the Morocco Pavilion at the EPCOT World Showcase, a complimentary Toy Story (1995)-themed magnet, an exclusive refillable popcorn bucket design, dining discounts, and Annual Passholder-exclusive merchandise.
