Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is about to change. May the Fourth celebrations are bringing dozens of new food, beverage, and souvenir offerings to Galaxy’s Edge locations at both U.S. Disney parks and around the world. Here’s the full breakdown of Star Wars Day festivities at Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disneyland Paris Resort.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Walt Disney World Resort’s version of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is getting the most extensive Star Wars Day treatment, with new items rolling out across multiple locations starting May 1.
Milk Stand is finally receiving the Pink Milk that Disneyland Park debuted earlier this year, alongside two additional new offerings beginning May 1:
- Pink Milk: Plant-based rice milk blend with sweet and fruity characteristics (Non-alcoholic)(New)

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is updating select menu items for all of May (Mobile Order Available):
- Endorian Fried Chicken Tip-Yip: Crispy chicken served with house-made macaroni and roasted vegetables garnished with cauliflower leaf kimchi
- Shaak Pot Roast with Kublag Mash: Birria pot roast with turmeric-garlic mash and roasted carrots
- Sweet Puffer Pig Ribs with Portion Bread: Pork ribs brushed with tangy BBQ sauce and served with mac & cheese and sponge cake
- Endorian Chicken Tip-Yip Salad: Guava BBQ chicken with avocado-jalapeño dressing, arugula, radish, romaine lettuce, cucumber, red onion, haricot vert, pineapple, and rice noodles
Lightsaber churros with chocolate sauce return to snack stands across Disney’s Hollywood Studios from May 1 through May 31.
Two themed cocktails and mocktails are available park-wide throughout May — each optionally spiked with Absolut Citron Vodka and paired with a collectible rechargeable lightsaber swizzle stick:

Disneyland Resort’s full food and beverage lineup for May the Fourth has not yet been released, but the same souvenir novelties confirmed at Walt Disney World Resort are coming to the Southern California theme parks — many available as early as April 28. A limit of two per person per transaction applies, and no discounts are valid. Several items will also be available during the sold-out Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite event.
