Disney Unveils Full Menu for Flavors of Florida 2025 at Disney Springs

The wait is over, Disney has officially dropped the full menu for the 2025 Flavors of Florida celebration at Disney Springs, and it’s packed with summery bites and sips inspired by the Sunshine State. Running from June 27 through August 10, this seasonal foodie event spans more than 40 locations and features over 90 limited-time offerings, making it the largest Flavors of Florida yet.

From bold seafood dishes to refreshing tropical treats, the lineup includes a blend of all-new creations and returning favorites, spotlighting Florida-grown ingredients.

What’s New on the Menu

One of the year’s most exciting additions comes from City Works Eatery & Pour House: the South Florida Conch Fritter Cakes. These crispy fritter cakes are flavored with Key lime zest and topped with mango-chili sauce, mojo aïoli, crispy fried papaya, and micro cilantro, a vibrant mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors that feels like a beach day on a plate.

The Polite Pig is shaking things up with the Old Fashioned Remedy, a new cocktail made with Munyon’s Paw-Paw Florida Liqueur, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and a hint of grapefruit bitters. It’s a bold, citrusy twist on a classic that feels right at home in a Florida summer.

Over at Amorette’s Patisserie, two new offerings are stealing the spotlight:

  • The Orange Mousse is a decadent dessert made with orange mousse, orange jam, citrus chiffon, and a Grand Marnier–soaked hazelnut financier.

  • The Tropical Dream Colada, a colorful blend of Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice, piña colada smoothie mix, and your choice of Captain Morgan or Malibu Coconut Rum, finished with whipped cream and a passion fruit purée drizzle.

Both are as beautiful as they are flavorful, and perfect for that Instagram moment.

Seafood lovers will want to swing by Jaleo by José Andrés to try the new Key West Shrimp Gazpacho, a refreshing, chilled Spanish-style tomato soup topped with sweet pink Key West shrimp. It’s light, zesty, and exactly what you want in the summer heat.

And if you’re craving something with a kick, check out The Edison’s Hot Honey High Voltage Chicken Sandwich. This stacked sandwich features buttermilk fried chicken drizzled with locally sourced datil pepper-infused petal honey, served on a brioche bun with hatch pepper gouda, arugula, and tomato. It’s spicy, crispy, and satisfying.

Fan Favorites Are Back

Returning dishes also splash, starting with the ever-popular Orange Bird Cone at Swirls on the Water. This cheerful treat features orange DOLE Whip in a bright orange cone, topped with sprinkles and a chocolate Orange Bird. It’s a citrusy classic that’s become a festival icon.

Over at The Daily Poutine, the St. Augustine Datil Pepper Fritas are back by popular demand. These loaded fries come with a generous helping of datil pepper sauce, tender pork, Florida hearts-of-palm slaw, and a beer cheese sauce made with local orange pilsner. It’s a must-try for savory snack lovers.

These fan favorites, and more, highlight the Florida flavors guests have come to love, from vibrant citrus and local seafood to signature peppers and tropical notes.

A Few Events Worth Noting

While the food is front and center, Flavors of Florida also includes some fun extras. Starting June 27, Kroger Delivery will host free cooking demos on select Fridays throughout the event. These demos showcase Disney Springs chefs whipping up their featured dishes and are open to all guests with registration.

The food and beverage pairing events are worth checking out for something more hands-on. Whether you’re learning to cook paella at Jaleo or mixing cocktails at The Edison, these experiences pair education with indulgence, and spots tend to go fast.

With a bigger-than-ever menu, creative new items, and the return of beloved classics, Flavors of Florida 2025 promises a flavorful summer stroll through Disney Springs. Whether you’re popping in for dessert, sipping something seasonal, or planning a full culinary crawl, there’s never been a better time to snack your way through the flavors of the Sunshine State.
