If your summer plans include sunshine, shopping, and serious snacking, we’ve got great news: Flavors of Florida is returning to Disney Springs, bringing all the flavor. From June 27 through August 10, 2025, Disney Springs transforms into a foodie paradise with over 90 menu items inspired by Florida’s bold and beautiful tastes.
We’re talking citrusy sips, spicy bites, tropical desserts, and everything in between, plus a few surprises you probably wouldn’t expect.
So, what exactly is Flavors of Florida?
It’s basically a culinary celebration of all things Florida. Dozens of Disney Springs restaurants and snack spots serve up limited-time dishes and drinks that highlight local ingredients like key lime, orange, seafood, honey, and more. You’ll find over 45 spots participating this year, from fancy sit-down restaurants to quick service gems.
Some returning favorites? The St. Augustine Datil Pepper Fritas at The Daily Poutine (yep, they’re spicy and cheesy and amazing). Or how about a Honey Lavender Ganache Square from The Ganachery? Trust us, it’s as dreamy as it sounds. And Gideon’s Bakehouse is doing what they do best, blowing our minds with a Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie that somehow tastes like a Florida vacation.

Every Friday during the event, you can catch live cooking demos from some of Disney Springs’ most talented chefs. These are free to attend (though you need to register in advance), and they’re a great way to pick up some new kitchen tricks or just watch food magic happen in real time.
