Walking around Walt Disney World today you will see signs of expansion and construction everywhere, except maybe for the Water Parks. Still, there are some expansions guests would still like to see, right? We are sharing 5 of those expansion wishes here, maybe you will see one you could agree with? If not, what are some of yours? Share them with us in the comments section below.
5. More artistic experiences in Hollywood Studios
Perhaps something based on Epic Mickey? Maybe add an interactive station with a program that would allow guests to create their own animated short with characters they design right there, and have a choice of it printed out or emailed home?
4. Expand the meet and greets with more Characters
Star Wars Launch Bay has been a great spot for this and maybe there will be more characters to come with further expansion. There are several meet and greets spots as well as character meals but more characters could never be a bad thing right?!
3. More audience participation game-type attractions, similar to “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”
WWtbaM was a very popular attraction and one that my family spent many hours in, one reason was because it appealed to every audience member. Maybe it could be a Disney Trivia game. Perhaps a game that is played in family’s that challenge each other? The idea of winning something was exciting, even if it was just some pins. Disney could even use some surplus stuff they need to get rid of, which would only make it funnier to me. American Idol Experience was good, but was limited to the number of guests with real talent in the park each and every day. If you were not a good singer, you could not participate. Maybe have would-be actors perform classic Disney scenes in something similar to Idol where they compete against each other showing what an actual audition is like. There could be some amusing ringers, like in Indiana Jones for some comic relief between “acts”.
2. More villains!
When the Disney Villains are present at a featured hard ticket event, it sells out. Even at non-hard-ticket events they have quickly filled up the park to capacity even before the time of their event beginning. The merchandise sells out quickly too. The Villains are popular and guests can’t seem to get enough of them. A park would need to give a pretty large expansion area to them, but they would also reap the big bucks they would draw in.

1. More countries in World Showcase
How about Kenya? Iceland? Brazil has definitely come up! Everything is global these days and understanding more about each other and even more about world geography would be good. I’d love to celebrate the best of even more countries at Epcot!
